Reba was born in Aurora, IN on July 30, 1948, a daughter of the late Eva Lee (Davis) and David Cecil Hankins. She was raised in Dearborn County and was a baby-sitter and caregiver.

three sisters, Mable Carver, of Rising Sun, IN; Susie Scarber, of Rising Sun, IN; Helen Davies, of Milan, IN.
two brothers, George Hankins, of Bennington, IN; Donnie Hankins, of Bennington, IN;
She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Reba was preceded in death by a brother, David Hankins and by sisters, Emma McDole, Freda Smith, & Rose Hankins.
