Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene C Fortune, Sr., and Willie Hazel Fortune; a sister, Julia Ann Fortune; two brothers, Lamont and Eugene C. Fortune, Jr., and a sister-in-law Floretta Fortune.
Raymond leaves to cherish his memories, one devoted and loving daughter, Cynthia C. White of Whatley, Alabama; two sisters, Evelyn (Winston) James of Mobile Alabama and Marian Mitchell of Memphis, Tennessee; one brother, Henry (Stella) Fortune of San Francisco, California; One granddaughter, Christina (Antonio) Hall of Montgomery, Alabama. A devoted and loyal brother-in-law, Winston James; special friend, Ethel Richardson; two loving and devoted nieces, Yolanda Porter and Linda McKinney; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
