Raymond Selner, 63, of LaSalle IL, passed away on September 12, 2014. Ray was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. Ray graduated from University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh, where he met his wife, Deb Selner. They have been happily married for 41 years. His work history consisted of a long, successful career in Kmart management for over 40 years. Ray treasured the time he spent with his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Deb Selner, his four children Jason Selner of Northbrook, Illinois, Jacob (Kim) Selner of Tampa Bay, Florida, Dr. Nicholas (Vy) Selner of Columbus, Ohio, and Jennifer Selner of LaSalle, Illinois. His grandchildren, Tyler, Ally, and Chase Selner. His brother Ron Selner. His niece, Angela (Alan) LaCroix and their children Lila and Pierce LaCroix. He is preceded in death by his parents, Estelle Meyer and Raymond Selner.
