Raymond P. Viens, of Cape Canaveral , Florida. He was born on August 27,th 1934 in Danielson, Connecticut, the son of the late Archie and Lillian Viens, passed away suddenly on Saturday April 30,2016. He was loved by all his family and friends and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Joanne Viens; his daughter, Shelly Viens; his son, Roger and his wife Lisa; his grandchildren, Colin Viens, a US Army Veteran, Kelly Viens and Kevin Viens; and his great grandchild, Gunner Abell; his sisters , Jeanine Lisee, Elaine Barbeau Femino; niece, Michelle LaBelle and newphew’s; Christopher Lisee and Mark Barbeau.
He served in the US Air Force and was honorably discharged in September of 1957.
He enjoyed golfing, fishing and travelling. He was a member of the Plumber’s Local No. 5 of Washington, D.C. for 35 years.
