Raymond Monahan, age 70, of New Haven, CT passed away Friday, January 6, 2012 at the Connecticut Hospice in Branford, Connecticut. He was born on July 12, 1941 in Waterbury, CT, son of the late Francis and Theresa Susana Monahan formerly of Naugatuck, Connecticut. Ray’s brothers are Robert, Francis “Frank”, John, Howard “Howie” and another brother whose name is unknown. His sisters are Ethel and Mary. Ray is survived by many other relatives, but in addition to his family, Ray especially leaves his many close friends who are part of his circle of love. He was a long-time resident of New Haven. Born in Naugatuck, he was raised in Southbury, CT and moved to New Haven as an older adult.
