He was born on June 14, 1967 in Portsmouth, Virginia to John W. Burrell and Patricia A. Burrell. Mr. Burrell graduated from Chesapeake High School in 1986. He worked at Cosco Warehouse on Ordnance Rd. for over 22 years. Mr. Burrell attended St. Jane Frances Catholic Church. He enjoyed traveling, camping, midevil gaming and he was a Renaissance enthusiast. He is survived by his father John W. Burrell and his wife C. Diane of Pasadena, his mother Pat Burrell and her husband Preston of Pasadena, his brother John E. Burrell and his wife Cher of Pasadena, his sister Michelle A. DeLisle and her husband Eric of Pasadena, his niece Erin Burrell and his nephew John E. Burrell, II.
