Raymond Henry Richardson, Jr., 86, of Middletown, husband of Eleanor Isleib-Richardson for thirty-five years, passed away on Saturday, February 1st at Portland Care & Rehabilitation Center. Born in Albany, NY, he was the son of the late Raymond and Julia (Fisher) Richardson, Sr. Ray served in the United States Navy during WWII. He was employed by IBM for twenty-nine years. He loved fishing, golfing, camping, walking and playing Bridge. Along with his wife, he is survived by his sons, Glenn Richardson of Burlington, VT, Guy Richardson of Austin, TX and Gerald Richardson of Burlington, VT; daughter, Dayle Goad of Georgia, VT two stepsons, Jeffrey Isleib of Middletown and Timothy Isleib of Levittown, PA; two stepdaughters, Susan Walden of East Hampton and Deborah Kuritz of Bristol; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; eight step grandchildren; eight step great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Besides his parents, Ray was predeceased by a brother, William Richardson; a stepdaughter, Laurie Pimentel and a step grandson, Dana Kuritz.
