He was instrumental in Washington County for the improvements of Cherokee Grade School intersection traffic pattern issues. “Bud” was an All American WWII Marine serving Pacific combat duty, from a long ancestral line of patriots who served, including North Carolina Fox Family Heroes in the American Revolutionary War.
