Raymond is survived by his loving wife of 58 years,Ruth Stinchcomb; his lovely daughters, Linda Starr, Donna Colebank and Betty Krieger; his dear son, Ronald Stinchcomb; his dear sisters, Alice Brown and Marie Forney; his brother, Emory Stinchcomb; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Raymond was a native of Maryland. He was born in 1926 in Severn, Maryland. Raymond was a member of the United States Navy from 1944 through 1946. He was then an employee of B&A Railroad and the Maryland Transit Administration, from which he retired as a bus driver. He enjoyed many hobbies. He loved crabbing, watching both football and baseball, working in his garden, going to flea markets and listening to country music.
