Mr. Raymond “Chick” George Narvaez, Jr., 84, passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at his home in Newnan surrounded by his family. He was born January 14, 1934 in San Jose, California to the late Raymond G. Narvaez & Alberta Andre Narvaez. Chick grew up in California and he served honorably as a Frogman in the Navy. After his service to our country, he worked for many years as a draftsman for FMC. He and his family are members of Macedonia Baptist Church. Survivors include wife, Marie Powell Thrower Narvaez; sister, Julie Narvaez Watson; children, Robyn (Randy) Addison, Jody (Jennifer) Thrower; grandchildren, Rachel (Doug) Gresham, Julianna (Alex) Dombrosky, Jaycie Thrower; great-grandchild, Emily Gresham; nieces and nephews.
