Raymond Balkus of Brainerd Road, Branford, passed away March 30, 2009 in Yale New Haven Hospital after a brief illness. He was the devoted husband of Mildred Tostarelli Balkus. Mr. Balkus was born in New Haven, son of the late Michael and Rose Praktin.
