He enjoyed fishing, dancing, hunting, playing bingo, poker and country music.
He is preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Nellie Lynn Summerford; and stepmother, Mabel Watts.
He is survived by his daughters, Tammy Watts, of Lewes, Delaware and Lisa Watts (Tommy Hoover), of Okeechobee; grandson, Logan; brothers, Dallas Watts (Linda) and Roy Watts, both of Frederick, Maryland and Fred Watts, of West Virginia; sister, Alice Miles, of Logan, West Virginia; and the mother of his children, Sharon Watts, of Okeechobee.
