Ransome “Randy” Seymour Daugherty, 79, of Hogansville, passed away Friday, February 28, 2020 at Brightmoor Hospice in Griffin, GA. Randy was born July 15, 1940 in Williamson, W.V. to the late Charles Daugherty & Pauline Tribble Daugherty. After high school, Randy honorably served four years in the United States Air Force. After his military career, he had a long career as an air traffic controller with the Federal Aviation Administration. Survivors include wife, Joyce Williamson; daughters, Denise (Paul) Cables, Lynda Daugherty; grandchildren, Anna Claire Cables, Quinton Cables; sisters, Lois Lester, Judy Carr; numerous extended family members including nieces and nephews.
