Raney Bouthot passed away Sunday March 17, 2013 at his home. Born in Wilmington, NC, Raney was the owner of Reggie’s Small Engines for 34 years. He was a member of American Legion Post 241 and was the Commander from 1994 to 1998. He enjoyed fishing, boating, cooking, and watching TV westerns.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Kathy; two sons, Shannon Bouthot of Ft. Wayne, and Thane (Tanya) Bouthot of Indianapolis; one daughter, Nicole Bouthot of Ft. Wayne; and four brothers, Ronald (Angel), Ray (Tami), Wayne, and Brad, all of Ft. Wayne. He was preceded in death by his parents, Reginald and Martha Markiton-Bouthot.
