Randy Ray Wright, 67, loving husband, father, grandpa, brother and uncle, died on May 18, 2022 surrounded by his family, in Indianapolis, after a brief illness.
Randy was born on December 24, 1954 to Warren E. and Joanna M. (Warner) Wright. He was a 1973 graduate of Delta High School and married Janet (Balle) Fisher on December 9, 2000.
Randy was most well-known for being the co-owner of the Wright Brothers’ Buck Stop in Redkey, Indiana but also worked as a forklift operator at RockTenn for 24 years and retired from Red Gold after 15 years of employment.
Randy loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing but most of all he loved working along side his brothers helping others.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Janet Wright; step-son, David Fisher (Stacie); his brothers, Rick Wright (Anita) and Brad Wright (Tamara); sister, Melissa Strunk; two grandchildren, David Michael Fisher Jr. and Emily Fisher; sister-in-law, Debbie Wright, as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Wright; sister, Teresa Wright; step-daughter, Rojeana Fisher; nephew, Daron Wright and a sister-in-law, Lori Wright.
