Randy Wayne Semroska was born on September 13th, 1960,and was called home to our Lord on April11,2020. The third of four sons born to Donald and Doris Semroska. He graduated from Fort Lupton High School in 1979. On June 5th, 1982 he married Lisa Clancy. Their oldest son Matthew was born in June of 1983 followed by their daughter Amy in September of 1986 and son Clayton in March of 1988. Randy and Lisa enjoyed many years of boating and camping along with extended family and friends later trading the boat for a motorcycle. Many of their children’s friends would grow to think of Randy as a second Dad.
Randy Loved to cook, especially smoking meats for family and friends to enjoy, as well as his secret recipe for contest winning green chile. He loved music, often providing the soundtrack wherever he went. Randy was proud to serve his community as a volunteer with the Fort Lupton Fire Department for 10 years. More recently he was involved in both the Sons of the American Legion and the American Legion Riders, Post 102 Ft Lupton.
Randy’s career consisted of working at the Ft Lupton Food Lockers, owned by his parents, followed by 17 years at Safeway in Brighton. From there he worked for Select New Mexico for 22 years as a salesman and later route manager. During these years many of his customers became friends. He started a job at Vestas/Nacelles in October of 2019. He enjoyed his work there very much and quickly made friends there as well.
The outpouring of love and kindness since his passing has been a true reflection of his love for life. Even if you only met him once years ago his kind genuine spirit would make an impression that stayed with you.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa. Sons Matthew and Clayton. Daughter Amy, son in law Andrew (McDaniel) and two beloved grandchildren Braden and Caitlyn. His Mother Doris, 2 brothers Rick (Linda) and Rob (Jen) also survive him. His stepmother Mary Semroska also survives him in addition to several aunts and uncles as well as many cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Donald, brother Ron and 2 nephews Jason Saben and Jeremy Tenorio.
