Randy Steven Keesee was born on September 30, 1966, in Denver, Colorado to his parents, Steve Keesee and Clara E. Williams Keesee. He was the second child born in the family. He was raised surrounded by his brother, Thomas and his sister, Tracy. As a child, he enjoyed playing out-doors. He loved sports and he loved climbing fences and trees. He was very protective of his sister and always put family first.
Randy received his early education in Denver where he attended Montbello High School. On June 13, 1999, he married, Patricia LaBruno.
