Randy Ray Fouts, 31 of Centralia, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2016 at his home. He was born March 6, 1985 in Centralia, son of Johnny Fouts and Carolyn Clark. In addition to his mother, Carolyn Clark of Centralia; a sister, Armendy Randall and husband Ron of Texico; a niece, Makayla Randall of Texico; a step-sister, Phylicia Moore of Centralia; two grandmothers: Doris Fouts of Centralia and Francis Clark of Centralia.
He was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Fouts; a sister, Cynthia Fouts; two grandfathers: Duane Fouts and Clarence Clark; three uncles: Daryl Clark, John Clark and Robert Clark.
