                Muncie-Netter “Randy”Randolph, Jr., 91, passed away peacefully Wednesday afternoon, June 13, 2018, at the Woodlands Health Care Center following an extended illness.  He was born on May 30, 1927, in Evansville, Indiana, the son of Netter and Ritha (Bruster) Randolph, Sr.

                Randy attended the Princeton Indiana City Schools and later married Marjorie Rae (Bridges)            Randolph in 1958 and she preceded him in death 2007 later, he married Sachie M. (Mori) Young Randolph in 2008 and she also preceded him in death in 2015.  Mr. Netter had proudly served the United States Military  during World War II, first in the Navy  and then finally in the Korean War in the Army.   While in the Army he served as a Corporal Battery B of the 1st Forward Battalion APO 301 Group.  He eventually would serve Delco Battery for 32 and half years as a machine operator prior to his retirement in 1987.  He was a Past President of the Albany Lions Club, a Past member of the Muncie Veterans of Foreign Wars, a Past member of the Albany American Legion and a Past Member of the Moose Lodge in Muncie, the Senior Citizens Euchre Club of Dunkirk, and the Senior Center of Muncie.   Randy enjoyed woodworking and making yard ornaments that he and his wife Marjorie painted, fishing and gardening.  In his later years, Netter enjoyed playing cards and sing to Johnny Cash.  He was well known for his sense of humor, and all the staff and patients in the nursing facility knew him.

                Besides his wives, Marjorie and Sachie, he is preceded in death by his parent; his step mother, Goldie Randolph; his sister, Dortha Thompson and a step son-in-law, Howard.
