He is preceded in death by his mother, Frankie (Farmer) Wallen; two sisters, Cheryl Parrish and Diana Rodrigues; one grandchild, Kayla Marie Wallen.
Randy was born on March 1, 1956 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas and graduated from Muncie Northside High School, attended Ivy Tech Community College, and worked at Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation.
