Mr. Randall Edward Watkins passed away on Friday, November 12, 2021.
. “Randy” was born November 25, 1966 to Shirley Nichols Watkins and Randall Nathaniel Watkins. He began his education in Hillsborough County, but moved to Miami, Florida at an early age where he graduated from Miami Carol City Senior High School. Randall, an excellent trumpet player, was part of Carol City’s outstanding marching band. He joined the United States Army after graduation, and proudly served his country. Randy was known for always sending spiritual texts and words of encouragement to his family and friends no matter what he was going through personally. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Randy is preceded in death by his grandparents: Charlotte and Rev. Harvey Nichols, Sr., Mildred and Albert Bailey, Sr., and Randall Watkins, Sr.; brother, Mark J Watkins; aunt, Marlene Miller; uncles, Harvey Nichols, Jr., Albert Bailey Jr., and George Hilliard.
