Randy Devall, 58, of Spirit Lake, passed away the evening of December 5,2021 at Lakes Regional Healthcare, after a long battle with Melanoma, with his loving wife and daughters by his side. Randall (Randy) James Devall (58) born November 20,1963 to Janet (Segar) and Dwayne “Doc” Devall in Ames, IA. He graduated from Spirit Lake High School in 1982. He was united in marriage to Ann (Rumbaugh) on August 19, 1983. They spent 38 years together making countless memories raising their girls. Randy was so proud of Christi and Andrea and loved nothing more than being there for them. Randy had an entrepreneur spirit and was fortunate to spend time doing what he wanted. Randy loved golf and could be seen at the area golf courses throughout the summer. He enjoyed playing a round or two with his grand-kids, family members, and friends. Randy was so proud of his grand-kids and loved attending his grand-kid’s activities. His favorite thing of all was having his family around. Randy had the biggest kindest heart; he was one in a million and will be dearly missed by all who encountered him. He is survived by his wife of 38 years Ann Devall of Spirit Lake, daughters Christi Knox (Chris) of North Mankato, MN, Andrea Loerts (Mick) of Milford IA. His 3 grandchildren Elizabeth and Noah Knox, Austin Loerts. His mother Jan Devall, brothers Mike and Tim. He is proceeded in death by his father Dwayne (Doc) Devall and Brother Robert (Bob) Devall.
