Randall was born on February 5, 1953 in Franklin, Indiana to the late Gwendolyn Louise (Piper) and Raymond Lee Hamlin.
Randall was employed at Tom O’Brien and worked as a mechanic until his retirement. He had a talent for working with his hands and enjoyed tinkering and inventing new things while listening to his favorite band, The Beatles.
Randall is survived by his four siblings, Sheila G. Bovard of Greenwood, IN, Shirley R. (Dennis) Jensen of Shelby, IN, Sharyn K. (Jack) Goodwin and Sharleen F. Tharpe, both of Franklin, IN; his eight nieces and two nephews.
Randall was preceded in death by his parents, Gwendolyn and Raymond L. Hamlin, and his brother, Raymond D. Hamlin.
