Ramon S. Donez 72, went home to live in glory with Our Lord and Savior on May 4, 2018 at a local hospital after a lengthy illness. A native of Harlingen he was born August 10, 1945 to Nicolas and Francisca Salazar Dones. Ramon was a well known self employed A/C Technician and retired after many years of service all across the Valley. He was a man of hard work ethic and always did the best he could at everything. Ramon was a family man and loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was a longtime volunteer coach and mentor to the children at Harlingen Texas Bronco Baseball League. He enjoyed fishing and family barbeques.He leaves behind to cherish his wonderful memory his loving and devoted wife of 42 years, Micaela Dones, his children, Ramon Dones Jr. (Kristine), Alma Dones, Ruben Dones and Ricardo Dones, grandchildren, Ramon Alexander Dones III, Kaitlin and Kathren Dones, his brothers and sisters, Nicolas Dones Sr.(Diana), Raul Dones (Celia), Guadalupe Juarez, Carmen Torres (Charlie) and Antonia Perea. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.Ramon is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Juan Dones, Pablo Dones and sister, Maria De Jesusa Dones.
