Ramon Orlan Jensen, 66, of Middletown, CT, passed away on Tuesday, July 13th at Middlesex Hospital with his children by his side. He was the oldest son of Ovedia Johnson Jensen of Kenmare, ND and the late Raymond O. Jensen. Ramon was born in Kenmare, ND on April 17, 1944 and attended Kenmare public schools and was a graduate of Kenmare High School, Class of 1962. Upon leaving Kenmare, he attended business school in Minot and then enlisted in the Army. He served as an Army Military Intelligence Officer and spent significant time in Korea during the Korean Conflict in the 1960’s. After discharge from the Army, he worked in various security management positions for a number of east coast companies including Montgomery Ward and Ann Taylor Stores. He is survived by his mother, Ovedia, and his children, Ray O. Jensen of Baltimore, MD, Margo M. Jensen of Lakeland, FL and Caryn A. Jensen of New Britain, CT; his grandchildren, Sadie and Simon Jensen; and his brothers, Rolf Jensen(Colleen) of Iroquois, IL and Craig Jensen(Amy) of Plymouth MN.
He is predeceased by his father, Raymond, and by his brother, Curtis Jensen and his sister, Margo Jensen.
