Ramon Vega Biggio, 68, died on October 29 at his home in Baton Rouge. A New Orleans native, he lived in Baton Rouge for the last 30 years. He graduated from Jesuit High School and LSUNO (now University Of New Orleans). He retired from the State of Louisiana Department of Labor. He was a past president of the LSUNO (now UNO) Alumni Association and was a Member Of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph A. and Ramona V. Biggio, his brother Joseph R. Biggio Sr., and his stepmother Marceline Frances Biggio. He is survived by his nephew, Joseph R. Biggio, Jr.; godchildren, Janet Cummins Thompson and Eric Roby; and great nephew and niece.
