He was the devoted husband of the late Betty Jean (nee Evans) of 50 years, dear father of Kim Pyle, Patricia Warfield and Phyllis Smith, loving grandfather of Courtney Warfield, Lester Warfield IV, Felicia Pyle and Jeffery Smith, Jr., cherished brother of Ray Watts and the late Lester Watts.
Ralph lived in Glen Burnie for 60 years. He worked for GM in maintenance until he retired. He was a dedicated employee.
Ralph was a prankster. He was always joking around. He was fun to be with.
