Ralph Elwood Musick, age 86 of Culpeper, Virginia died on Friday, May 30, 2008 at his residence. He was born on January 15, 1922 to the late Sparker and Dora Musick and was raised in Russell County, Virginia. He was the last survivor of the sixteen siblings. He was happily married to the late Margie Musick for 46 years and the couple lived in Manassas, Virginia for 25 years before moving to Culpeper. Mr. Musick worked for Fruit Grower Express in Alexandria, Virginia and he enjoyed going on trips, seeing loved ones, eating out, going to yard sales and painting. He loved playing several musical instruments. Survivors include his son Jimmy Musick and wife Betty of Nokesville,Va; his daughter Earlene Plaster and husband Ronnie of Boston,Va ; his four grandchildren Carolyn Hawkins and husband Randy, Gary Musick and wife Angela; Brian Plaster and wife Kim; Seth Plaster and wife Shelly; his eight great grandchildren Jaclyn Doherty and husband John, Kevin Hawkins, Susan Hawkins, Amanda Musick, Tyler Musick, Madison Musick, Connor Plaster and Addison Plaster; his great great grandson John Doherty and a great great grandson Lane Doherty to be born in July. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
