Ralph’s wife, the former Violet L. Bair, died May 17, 2007.
Ralph was an Army veteran of WWII.
Ralph owned and operated the former Weigle’s Radiator Shop for 40 years until 1983. Earlier in life he worked as a Baggage Handler for the former Pennsylvania Railroad.
Ralph was a 52 year and very active member and of Trinity United Methodist Church where he served on numerous committees. He was a former member of the Williamsport Area School District Board, for 12 years, and a life member and past Chief of the Old Lycoming Volunteer Fire Company.
Born April 23, 1922 in Williamsport, he was the son of Judson F. and Annie Marina Sholder Weigle.
Surviving are daughters, Sandra L. (Robert) Dochter of Salladasburg; Susan M. (Mike) Andrzejewski of Pittsburgh; grandchildren, Hilary Deckard, Makenzy Deckard and Robert Dochter, Jr. and a great grandson, Safeer Deckard.
Ralph was predeceased by a daughter, Sharon D. Deckard, a granddaughter, Carol Dochter, a grandson, Steven Dochter and sisters, Grace Bower and Alice Fry.
