He was the sixth of seven children. When he was age 2, the family moved to Bogalusa, Louisiana with Ralph being the baby at that time. He was called home to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on January 19, 2023 at University Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana at the age of 62.
