He is survived by his father Ralph David Ortiz III, Mother Elizabeth “ Liza” Smith (Husband Greg Smith), Children Linayah and Adrian Ortiz; Sisters, Jennifer Arquero, Jayla Ortiz, Jessica Ortiz, Rosalie Gallegos; Brothers Gregory Smith and Shepard Smith; Goddaughter Jenissa Chavez; Nephews Jelani Kingsbury, Uriah House, Ziah Gallegos- Thorton; Nieces, Jalynne Saavedra, Champagne Saavedra, Reyanna Ortiz, Jenissa Chavez and Lizabelle Sleeper; Paternal Grandmother Josie Ortiz, Paternal Grandmother Rosalie Martinez; Mother of his children, Shianne DeVargas; David also leaves behind numerous Aunts, Uncles, close cousins, and many friends.
