Ralph Carlton “Bud” Howard, Jr. , age 61, of Ft. Walton Beach, FL passed away on November 9, 2021 at his residence.
Mr. Howard was born on December 11, 1959 in Orlando, FL to Ralph Carlton and Charlotte Ann Howard. He graduated from Caldwell High School in Columbus, MS in 1977. At the time of his passing he was employed by O’Reilly Auto Parts in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. He enjoyed RC car racing, Alabama football, and coaching girls softball at Wolverine Softball Complex for many years where his daughter and countless others girls developed a true love for the game. He always said that coaching was of the truest passions in his life. Bud never met a stranger. He will always be remembered for his generosity, impeccable wit, incredible friendship and always making someone smile with his forever contagious laugh.
He is survived by his daughter Amber Nicole Riley, mother Charlotte Ann Andrews Howard, sister Katrina Jill Cash, nephew Corey Scott Lerandeau, several cousins, aunts and uncles, and his four-legged grandson Toby.
