Rafaela Serna, 78, went to be with the Lord Monday morning October 7, 2019 at her residence. She was a lifetime resident of Harlingen. Rafaela was a loving Grandma.
Survivors include her children, Felix Serna, Carolina Trevino Delgado (Chris), Alberto Serna, Jesus Trevino, Sister, Juanita Lopez, Brothers, Luis Serna and Alejandro Gonzalez.
As per her wishes there will be no services.
