RAFAEL A. PAGAN, age 68 of Manassas, Virginia died Friday, March 8, 2002 at his home. Mr. Pagan was born in Lajas, Puerto Rico and moved to New York in 1949. He retired in 1995 from the US Postal Service, moved to Manassas and was a member of All Saints Catholic Church. Survivors include his beloved wife, Neri E. Pagan, three children, Elizabeth Pagan and Amparo Pagan both of Gurabo, Puerto Rico and Jeanette Schutte and her husband, Michael of Centreville, Virginia, nine grandchildren, Ahmed, Mavely, Yanira, Amparo, Fernando, Mariely, Phillip, Garrett and Connor and six great-grandchildren.
