Rachel Virginia (Colebank) Knotts, age 79, of Wilson Ridge Community, Grafton, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2013, at her residence. She was born March 15, 1934, in Preston County, a daughter of the late William Darl “Bill” Colebank and Beulah (Barbour) Colebank, and her step mother the late Edna (Sapp) Colebank. Her husband James Arthur Knotts preceded her in death December 31, 1990. Rachel was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd of Grafton. She was retired from the Taylor County Board of Education where she worked as a custodian. She also worked at the former Hazel Atlas, and WV Plastics (Baby World).
