Rachel Pearl Miller, 81, of 24 Ellsworth Court, Ridgeway, VA died Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at her home. She was born on July 31, 1928 in Brownington, VT to the late Nancy Jane Locke Lacoss and Raymond Lacoss. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Fredrick Miller; sister, Patricia Perkins and brothers, Carlton Lacoss, Reginald Lacoss, Merle Lacoss and David Lacoss. Mrs. Miller was owner of Holly Hill Construction Company in Mount Holly, VT and attended Westside Baptist Church in Mayodan, NC. She is survived by four sons, Carlton Delong of Ridgeway, VA, Nicholas Delong of Mount Holly, VT, Michael Delong of Plainville, CT and Richard Delong of North Thetford, VT; eleven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
