Rachel Packiam Kanagaratnam (Nee Buell), 90, of Allentown, died Wednesday, March 16, 2011, in St. Luke’s Hospital, Allentown. She was the wife of the late V.T. Kanagaratnam of Uduvil, Sri Lanka. Born in Sri Lanka, she was the daughter of the late T. Buell and the late Nesamma Christian. Survivors: She was the mother of Yoges Kannangara, Thavendran, Surendran, Mani, Padmini and Rajendran. Mother in law of Walter, Nithi, Shanthi and Inpa; grandmother of Nelum, Saman, Radhini, Thatheesan, Tharmila, Rajiv, Romala and Sujeeva; great grandmother of Aidan; Sister of the late Beatrice Sathaseevan, and Robert Buell of Sri Lanka.
