PEABODY – Pat Pantapas passed away at home in Peabody on August 17, 2022. He was born in Salem to Stavros Pantapas and Jasmine (Caristianos) Pantapas on December 17, 1937. He was predeceased by his wife Dian (Anastosopolous) as well as his siblings James Pantapas, Elaine Carney and Stavros Pantapas.
Lifelong resident of Peabody, he had a long career as a contractor in the construction business and owned and operated the Add-A-Room company for many years. He mentored many others who took up careers in that business.
Pat was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and boating.
He is survived by his children Cheryl Kozlowski and her husband Charles, Susan Lamkin and her husband Craig, John Pantapas and his partner Anne Cobbett, Peter Pantapas and his wife Tracey, Lisa Pantapas and her partner Lee Brewer and Christine Pantapas and her fiancé Mike DuRoss. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his ex-wife Ann Grigway.
