Mrs. Priscilla “Tillie” Roberts, age 74, of Valley, Al., passed away on Saturday, May 24, 2014 at Bethany House in Auburn, Al.
Mrs. Roberts is survived by her husband, Marvin James Roberts, Sr.; son, Marvin James (Kathryn) Roberts, Jr. of Valley; sister, Linda (Don) Hardy of Sylacauga, Al.; two nieces, Jordan Hardy of Sylacauga, Al. and Terri Lynn Williams of Dothan, Al.; nephew, Earl Roberts, Jr. of Panama City Beach, Fl. She was preceded in death by her parents, Durell Clanton and Annie Boling; and her sister, Nancy Crenshaw.
Mrs. Roberts was born on January 13, 1940 in Chambers County, Al. She worked at Kessler’s in West Point for many years until it closed and then became manager of the New Gents Men’s Store.
