Mrs. Priscilla Parker Yarrell, 66, died on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital.
Priscilla was born on March 18, 1948 to Lucy Parker Taylor and Grady H. Parker. She was a 1966 graduate of William Penn High School and continued her education receiving her certification as a CNA. She was last employed by Sears Telemarketing of High Point. Priscilla was a lifelong member of St. Paul Presbyterian Church, USA and served faithfully until her health failed.
Mrs. Yarrell was preceded in death by her parents, stepfather, Robert A. Taylor and brother, Glenn Parker.
Surviving relatives include daughter, La’Conna Yarrell; son, Ra’Shawn Yarrell and adopted daughter, Jimmell Brown; brothers, Gregory Parker (Claudette) of Atlanta, GA, and Robert Taylor II (Melissa) of Greensboro, NC; sister, Dorothy Belinda Jones of Jacksonville, NC; grandchildren, LaMya, A’Kashi, Carl Jr., YarIonna, Mariah, Breanah, Tyree, and Glenville; a host of nieces, nephews, special cousin, Frank Shaver, special friends, Netter Crump and Genia Atano.
