Portia is survived by her husband Robert (Bob) Minnis; sons Tracy & Wade and daughter Jane (Jordan) Breshears; 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; and sister Dantzelle (Call) Maynard. She was preceded in death by her parents Cyril A. Call & Abigail (Condie) Everton; son Brad Jordan; and siblings Cyril “Condie” Call & Jeanne (Call) Litke.
