Polly Sue Saffouri, age 66, unexpectedly departed this life and went to be with the Lord on August 11, 2015. She was purest of heart, a whole-hearted Christian with a kindness like no other. Talented at a great many crafts, she also enjoyed floral arranging, gardening, cooking and baking though what she most enjoyed was sharing in the very simplest of things in life with those who loved her. Those who with whom she crossed paths undoubtedly know they were lucky to have known her. Words do not express how so deeply she will be missed. From a small town in West Virginia, she was born in the summer of 1949 to Ellis and Lena Fox. She is preceded in death by her father, her dear mother and her loving husband, Nabil Saffouri. She leaves behind her beloved daughter, Helena (and husband, James); her sister, Ina Mae (and husband, Ray) of Wyoming; her brother, Jimmy (and wife, Cathy) of West Virginia; her brother, Edward of West Virginia; and many cousins, nieces and nephews that she loved all so much.
