Pierce Chandler Provance, 21, of Dayton, passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2011. Pierce was born on December 25, 1989, in Peru to Dana Everett and Kyla Kae (Kimber) Provance.
He graduated from Ottawa Township High School in 2008. He worked for Caterpillar in Aurora. He was a registered scout with troop 0797 and received his Eagle Scout rank in 2007. He was a member of UAW. Pierce was a loving father to his daughter. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling,g and hanging out with his friends.
He is survived by his parents, Dana and Kyla of Dayton; his daughter, Jaiyden Kimber Provance of Ottawa; close friend, Miranda Jung of Ottawa; his brother, Dalton Provance of Dayton; his sister, Brandy (Ryan) Mason of Leland; paternal grandmother, Lois Provance of Ottawa; maternal grandmother, Karen Cates and Kyle Schramm; his niece, Kiley Mason; his nephew, Jonah Mason and many aunts uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, VerlynScoop Provance; maternal grandfather, Edward Larry Kimber; maternal great grandmother, Laura Kimber and his uncle, Gary Provance.
