Mrs. Phyllis Tupper – Tiso, 87, of Heritage Village and formerly of Ridgefield, died Friday June 1, 2012 at the Lutheran Home of Southbury. She was the wife of Remo J. Tiso.
Mrs. Tiso was born July 16, 1924 in New Rochelle, NY a daughter of the late Philip and Evelyn (Moore) Tupper. She was the chairman of the Ridgefield Democratic Town Committee and an avid reader.
