Phyllis Ann (Sprague) Campisi passed away at the age of 72 at Middlesex Hospital on March 17, 2015 after a courageous battle with several illnesses. She was surrounded by dear friends and family. Phyllis was born in Plainville, CT to Hubert and Eleanor (Fury) Sprague. She was the youngest of eight children, graduating from Yale School of Nursing in 1964. For 26 years, Phyllis helped students and staff of the Middletown Public School system as a nurse. A 47 year resident of Middletown, Phyllis and Seb resided in Glastonbury for the last several years.
