Phyllis R. Vones passed away suddenly at home on January 12, 2018. She was born and raised in Watertown, Wisconsin, and was the only child of Herbert F. Radtke and Mary K. Radtke Pearson. Thereafter she lived in Waukegan, Illinois, before moving to Bridgewater in 1962.
Phyllis was married for 42 years to her beloved husband, James G. Vones, who also passed away on January 12, 2018. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her three loving children; Holly Johnson Kowalenko (Brent) of Branchburg, Timothy R. Johnson (Margaret Suzanne) of Finesville, and Steven T. Johnson (Renee) of Fort Edward, New York. She was also the proud grandmother of six grandchildren – Lauren, Jennifer, Eric, Justin, Christopher, and Jay – and two great-grandsons, Caden and Cashus. She was predeceased by her dear granddaughter, Kristin Marie.
