Phyllis was born on July 21, 1946 to Marshall and Edith Pickel in Loudon county TN. She is preceded in death by her parents, her sisters Shelia, Shirley, brother-in-law Ray, 1st Husband of 45 years Duncan McCallum, and only grandson Jacob Langworthy. She is survived by her current husband Bryan LeBlanc, his 3 children, and 3 grandchildren. Her 3 sisters Brenda, Vicki (Tom) and Debbie (Wayne), her 2 brothers Gary (Odalys), and Ronnie (Jodi). Her loving daughter Windy (Eden) Langworthy, Granddaughter Chelsey (Loren) Frost, and her great grandchildren Gracie, Cole, Emily, and Noah. Her adoring love for her family will never go unnoticed. She is now reunited with her grandson Jacob rejoicing in Heaven.
