Phyllis May Shaw was born August 10, 1942 to Warren and Dorothy Bogle in Canon City, Colorado. The family moved to Payette, Idaho in 1943, where Phyllis attended Payette schools and graduated from Payette High School in 1961.
Phyllis met the love of her life and her lifelong partner, Bob, in 1963. They were married in Winnemuca, Nevada in 1965. Bob and Phyllis made their home in NuAcres, Idaho on the family farm where they cared for the dairy started by Bob’s parents Bob and Verna Shaw. While maintaining the farm, Phyllis raised three children Dorothy, Wesley and Cary and helped with many nieces, nephews and cousins. For most of their marriage Bob was a long haul truck driver. Phyllis watched over their home and children while also working at Anderson Corner, where she made many lifelong friends.
