Phyllis Louise (Gasaway) Price, 81, of Batesville, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2021 at her home. She was born on April 1, 1939 to Walter and Marie Gasaway.
She worked for many years as a waitress for the Batesville Country Club.
Phyllis loved to travel especially with her daughter, Kim. Together they enjoyed sightseeing in places such as England and Paris, France. Phyllis lived in Japan for a short time. She enjoyed reading and watching birds.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Kimberly Wood.
Phyllis is survived by two sons, Michael (Shannon) Price, of Batesville, and Timothy Smith, Jr, of Clarksville; a daughter Zena Sparks, of Lexington, Tennessee; several grandchildren; great grandchildren; and her beloved cat, Tiger, who has been with her for over 20 years.
