Phyllis Laspisa, 55, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Alamogordo on Sunday, August 16, 2009.
She is survived by her mother, Barbara Laspisa Doze, former longtime Russell resident, now of Alamogordo; two brothers, Michael of Guthrie, OK and Phillip of Manhattan, KS; a sister, Marianne Long, of Los Angeles, CA and several loving nieces and nephews.
Phyllis was a graduate of Great Bend High School in Great Bend, KS and a graduate of Fort Hays State University in Hays, KS.
